Now and again we all need a break from our places of work, a chance to get the creative juices flowing. Every September, I usually manage to get away to Hornbaek in Denmark with some of my closest colleagues. We tend hold our "conference" on a few quayside benches.

| Unsurprisingly, the room is also ideal for parties or private dining. And I´m the first to admit that I frequently make use of it myself. I never tire of seeing the boats heading out from the city centre, the towers and spires of the Stockholm skyline |
