| Gondolen is my scariest project to date. And I´m not just thinking of how high up it is, a restaurant perched 33 metres above the water. I´m thinking of the seven months before we opened. That´s how long the building work took. |

| As we raced towards the finishing line things really started to heat up. But on the day appointed day for the topping out party, the electricity still wasn´t connected. We even had to call out the fire brigade. Not once, but twice. |

| A rather well-known burger chain helped us with the food and Pripps the brewers stood for the beer. To cut a long story short, I still have the ulcers to prove how stressful it was. |

| But it was all worth it in the end. After all, it´s the result that counts. |
